To do this tutorial you will need A Scappers Delights Scrapkit

I used the tube from the kit but this is optional ,the mask that i used is wsl 345 you can download it from her site
the plugin that i used are eyecandy for the wording and for the circle this can be downloaded from the internet
Open one of the backgrounds from the kit and apply the mask merge group
then open the group of squares within the kit add noise then duplicate and mirror and flip merge add drop shadow of choice then merge these two layers together Open the shape tool and draw out a circle in white then with your magic tool click inside contract by 6 and hit delete add a drop shadow of choice
add a new raster layer and click inside the circle just created and fill with a colour ,select none
Go on to this layer and choose a background from the kit and click the black circle expand by 2 click invert on the background layer hit delete

Open tube of choice duplicate it on the bottom layer guassin blur 10 on the top layer
change layer setting to screen merge these two layers together then place inside circle frame and same as paper layer repeat the same steps merge the paper layer and the tube layer
Using eyecandy bevel settings
direction 120 inclination 43,brighness at top and highlight on 60 the colour is white and the shadow colour was a colour from the tube apply
then place a smaller circle with your shape tool click on it with magic tool contract by 4 then delete,add colour of choice and noise adding a drop shadow of choice place this over the top of the circle that you have just bevelled then merge these layers together,white circle frame tube layer that you bevelled and then the little circle that you have just added noise to
Duplicate this layer and drop in size you can do this as for as many as you wish and place as desired
Open the spell book add drop shadow of choice and place where desired ,open the two book images from the kit and add drop shadow of choice and place where desired
Place any other images that you wish from the kit andd your tube layer and add drop shadow of choice and place where desired then open thone of the sparkles and place them over the top of the whole tag ,add licence and name and all done....................
