To do this tutorial you will need Ninaste Bunny girl pack which you can buy HERE

You will also need Wsl mask you can download that from HERE

And lastly you will need Tiny Turtle Bonita scrapkit available HERE

First open a new layer 650x650 then 

open a paper from within the scrapkit 

place this as a layer 

open the mask selected and apply 

source illum and apply to canvas ticked then merge group

Open the circle frame from within the scrapkit and place in top left of the tag

 duplicate and mirror and place this in the lower right of the tag or until

the ribbon doesnt fall of the tag 

Now open your tube of choice and place behind the first circle 

just placed click inside the circle expand by 3 

then invert and on tube layer click delete

 duplicate the tube layer on the bottom layer

 guassian blur by 10 on the bottom layer

 on the top layer change the opacity to screen

 merge these two tube layers together 

and then adding a drop shadow of choice on the frame layer 

then merge these two layers together

 repeat these steps with the lower right frame placed before 

you dont have to use the same place on the tube 

Open the swirl within the scrapkit and place on left side of tag duplicate

 and mirror then merge these two layers together adding a drop shadow of choice

Place this at the top of the tag behind the frames

Open item 24 and 77 and place between mask and frame layer 

in top right of the tag

Now open some of the pink and purple flowers with in 

the scrapkit and place these behind the frames as desired

Open element 117 and place this in the center between the two frames

Open element 86 and resize small and place a few of these 

around the bottom of the lower circle

plus add a one to the bottom left frame on the bottom

Open your tube of choice place were desired

adding a drop shadow of choice

Place element 17 at bottom of tag in center then using element 86 

on either side of this flower

Open element 2 and place on the bottom 

of the tag then place behind three flowers just placed

this will make the flowers placed before on the bottom of the frame lead 

on to the bottom of the tag 

Now open a few of the snail houses add a drop shadow of choice

and add these to the bottom of the tag

Open element 33 make small and place 1 on either of the frames 

merge these with the fame layer

Add your copyright and name and all done
