To do this tutorial you will need 

Ninaste Cupid Queen tube from beehive studio HERE 
You will also need TinyTurtle Red harvest Angel scrapkit  HERE

Lets get started open a new layer 650 x 650
Open the red sparkles within the scrapkit and place 1 in top right of the tag and the other in bottom left hand side of tag merge together 
now open the black leaves and do the same 1 in bottom left and other in top right merge these two layers together
Now open the large red flower and place in center of tag
Open the fairy wings and place the in the center also
Open the lollies and place 1 in top left of tag and the other in the bottom right of the tag merge these two together
Open the red sparkle layer again now 
change this to white using the 
brightness tab now place this over the top of the lolly layer just place duplicate mirror then flip merge these two layers together
Open the twin frame layer from the scrap kit open a paper 
from the kit place behind the layer then click inside the circle frame 
expand by 2 then invert then on the paper layer hit delete
Open your tube of choice and duplicate on the bottom layer
 guissian blur by 10 on the top layer
 change opacity to screen
 then merge these two layers together
Place this inside the twin frame layer 
then do the same as before click inside the circle expand by 10 
then invert then on the tube layer hit delete layer
Do the same for the other circle frame 
then on the frame layer adda drop shadow of your choice then merge the two paper layers the two screened tube layers and the twin frame layer
Open the jeweled jem within the kit resize it smaller then place on either side of the frame layer adding a drop shadow of choice to both
Add one of the ribbons tothe bottom of the tag then open your tube of choice place were desired adding a drop shadow of choice
Add copyright and name of choice all done
