To do this tutorial you will need ninaste Ladybug Princess tube

 which can be bought HERE

You will also need Wicked Creations scrapkit Emerald Isle

Which can be bought  HERE

First open a raster image 650 x 650 

open the sparkle clovers and adding noise uniform monochrome 62

 apply this to the layer 

Now open the large badge and place in top right of the tag

Open the scrolls and place in the center of the tag and to the left

Now open the hat and rainbow and place 

in the bottom left of the tag

Open swirl 3 and place in bottom right of the tag then duplicate then mirror

 then place this image in the top left corner of the tag

merge these two layers together

Now with your shapes tool set on circle make a circle of your desired size

with the foreground set to black and the background nill

open a paper from the scrap kit i chose the rainbow one 

paste as new layer 

then on the circle layer click selections 

  invert and on the paper layer click delete

Open your tube layer and place within the circle click within the circle 

and invert

 and on the tube layer click delete now change 

the opacity of the tube layer

 to lumiance legacy then add a drop shadow on the frame 

and then merge 

these three layers together

duplicate and mirror place one of the circles in the bottom left

 and the other in the top right

Open flower 1 and place 1 in top right behind the circle just created place another 1 

just further around from the 1 just placed 

Then place another 1 on the bottom left circle now merge these

 three layers together

Now open the rainbow sparkles add brighness to them to make them totally white place these 

as desired duplicate and drop these down slightly

Open the coins and place in bottom right of tag

add drop shadow of choice

Open clover 2 and and place in bottom right of the tag

Then open the banner and mirror and place this in the bottom center

Open the wordart and place in the same area then merge these

three layers together

Open your tube of choice and add a drop shadow of choice 

place behind the last three layer that have just been merged together

Add your copyright and your name

 and all finished thenakyou for looking
