To do this tutorial you will need Ninaste Bunny girl pack of tubes with you can buy HERE 

You will also need scrapkit by wicked Creativity  Spring Bunny which you can buy HERE

And wsl mask 81 which you can get from the website HERE

 Open a new raster layer flood fill with a colour of choice and apply 

wsl mask 81 then merge group

Open the glitter within the kit and place were desired

Open the swirl and place in center of tag

 then with your 

Open up the corners within the kit and place these straight to tag

Using your shapes tool create a square 250x250 colour it a colour of choice add noise monochrome 67 place 1 in top left of tag and then duplicate

 and place other in lower right of the tag

using the shape tool again on rectangle make a rectangle 100 width by 570 length then open

 your tube of choice and place within the rectangle and then

 click inside the rectangle invert

 and then on your tube layer click delete 

colour your rectangle with a colour of choice now add noise 67 monochrome 

then merge these two layers together adding a drop shadow 

of your choice 

Duplicate this layer blur motion 0 settings now place this

 rectangle slightly lower

 and to the right so they overlap then duplicate this first one again and this 

time flip

 so the girl is facing the other way to the first one 

placed then put this layer in front of other two and again lower it 

and further to the right so you get a stepping effect now add drop shadow of choice

 and merge together duplicate and mirror and place on other side of the tag

now open some of the flowers within the scrapkit and place

 behind the rectangles

Open the grass and place  at bottom of 

the tag also open up 

the clusters element from the tag and turn this sidewards place 1 near the top 

and dupliate and place one near the bottom merge together then duplicate 

so theres a set behind each frame set

Open up your tube add a drop shadow of choice and place were

 desired

Using the pink flower and place behind the tube add as many as you like 

Open up the blue flowers and place in bottom left of tag

 Open the frog and place in front of flowers just placed adding any flowers from 

the kit behind him

Open the large pink flowers and place as if coming out of were frog is siting 

Add your name and copyright and all done
