To do this tutorial you will need

The tube im using is from Kejenna you can buy it HERE

You will also need eye candy gradient glow you can download this from the net

Open a new layer 650 x 650
Open the kit and copy and paste the splatter make it smaller enough to fit into the top left corner
 of the tag duplicate and mirror now merge these two layers together
Duplicate again and this time flip now merge these two layers together
now you have you background
Open the sun and place in center of the tag make bigger the same size as the tag
place infront of splatters just placed
Now open the circular frme from within the scrapkit place in center of the tag
Open a paper from the kit place behind the frame click inside the frame expand by 2
then invert and on the paper layer click delete
Now choose a tube of choice and just as the paper layer place behind the frame click inside frame expand by 2 invert and on tube layer click delete
Now duplicate the tube layer on the bottom layer gaussian blur 10 and on the top layer change the opacity to screen merge these two layers together
 Now back to the frame layer add a drop shadow of choice to that
Merge the paper layer the tube layer and the frame layer make smaller
 and place in top left of the tag
Open a bow from the scrapkit place on the frame top left
adding a drop shadow of choice merge this with the frame
Open the gold coin and place that to the middle right of the tag behind the frame just placed
Now open the charm and place this to the left middle higher than the coin
 behind the large circle frame placed earlier
Open the bouquet from the kit and place corner top right duplicate flip and mirror
so this should now be facing a different way to the top right one and on the other side of the tag
merge these two layers together
and place behind the circular frame
Open the pot of gold make slightly smaller and place middle right at the bottom
 adding a drop shadow of choice
Now open the rainbow and make smaller and place this
so it is coming out of the pot of gold
you will need to mirror this then place now open the sparkles 2
and flip place these in the rainbow just plaed if any are not in the raindow
 then using the eraser rub them out
merge the rainbow and sparkles togther
open the sparkle 1 and place top left duplicate place bottom left
then merge these two together
Open the coins and place along bottom of the tag
duplicate twice each time moving them further to the right when happy
merge these together making sure that they are behind the pot of gold
Get the beadstring from the scrapkit and place in the center of the clover that is to the top
right adding a drop shadow of choice
Now open the wordart using eyecandy add a gradient glow of 5 to the outside of the writing
 i used black apply add a drop shadow of choice 3 times to this then place this from the center of the clover on the top right of the tag
Open the kiss in the scrpkit ad place any where on the tag duplicate and again place were desired  now merge these two together
Now open your tube of choice adding a drop shadow of choice place were desired
Add your copywrite and name and all done
